1.1.4. When you create or consult your “Club Tiare” account

You can consult your “Club Tiare” account on our website and we ask you to provide us with the following information : Club Tiare member number and password.

Consulting your “Club Tiare” account on our website will allow you to view your loyalty points and choose how to use them, for example by investing them in an Air Tahiti Nui offer.

Also, if you do not wish to receive offers from Club Tiare and Air Tahiti Nui partners, you can update your communication preferences in your profile by logging into your Club Tiare account.

 

1.1.5. When you use the rights exercise request form

The following personal data may be collected when using of the request form for the exercise of rights 

Name ; Firstname ; e-mail address ; Club Tiare Number; Personal datae entered by yourself in the body of the message ; ID attached to the form.

The collection of certain personal data is essential to allow access to certain services or benefits (special meals, medical assistance, etc.). However, you have the option of exercising your right to object to the collection and processing of this data, although this could lead to the impossibility of benefiting from these services or benefits. Depending on the subject of your request, a certain amount of additional information may be requested.

 

1.1.6. When you contact customer service by phone

When you are in contact with Air Tahiti Nui customer service, your call may be recorded for the purposes of improving quality of service, preventing disputes and malicious calls. However, if you do not wish to be recorded, report this directly to the advisor.

The following personal data may be collected when using the online registration tool:

  • Family name, Booking Reference or e-ticket number.

The collection of this personal data is essential to allow access to certain services or benefits. You can check in from 36 hours up to 5 hours before your flight departs. However, the online check-in step is optional.

We backup our data on a regular basis

We protect your personal and banking data during their transfer via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Air Tahiti Nui does not keep the credit card transaction data, all transactions are processed by a payment gateway and are not stored on our servers.
