Future of the Papeete - Seattle - Papeete

Papeete, September 24, 2025 – 

Air Tahiti Nui informs you of the suspension of its Papeete – Seattle – Papeete service, which it currently operates non-stop twice a week, effective January 31, 2026. Customers holding a reservation to or from Seattle, as well as those wishing to travel there beyond January 31, 2026, can be routed via Los Angeles with 7 to 11 frequencies per week, in cooperation with our codeshare and interline partners.

The airline acknowledges the impact of this decision on the travel plans of customers holding reservations on flights scheduled to operate beyond January 31, 2026, and wishes to thank them for their understanding and loyalty.

Customers holding a ticket issued for one of these flights will be offered the choice of:

• Rebooking at no additional cost via Los Angeles on dates as close as possible to their original travel dates and in the same travel class, subject to remaining availability on our flights and those of our partners, or
• Full refund of the issued and unused tickets.

In all cases, these changes or requests for cancellation and refund must be addressed to your travel agent or sales advisor through whom the ticket was purchased.

Finally, please note that to ensure the best availability of our agents and the best service for affected customers, flight schedule changes and associated rebooking proposals will be handled as follows:

• For flights originally scheduled to operate between February 1, 2026, and May 30, 2026: during the week of September 29, 2025.
• For flights originally scheduled to operate between May 31, 2026, and September 16, 2026: during the week of October 13, 2025.
