2. Check-in and Check-out procedures

• Check-in: Present your Club Tiare card during check-in to identify yourself as a Club Tiare member.

   

• Check-out: At the time of check-out, present your Club Tiare card again to accumulate miles on your Club Tiare account. Make sure that your number has been correctly registered.
   

Miles are not retroactive. Any missing miles will require a request to be made to SkyCity. 
Always make sure to have your card with you; it will be requested during check-in and check-out.

3. Accumulate your bonus miles* on your Club Tiare account 

Depending on the type of room reserved, each night will entitle you to a bonus miles according to the current scale in effect.

Terms and conditions

The miles earned by staying at SkyCity Auckland hotels are attributed to only one Club Tiare member per room. This member must stay at the hotel to receive their miles, which cannot be transferred to another person. The miles will be credited to the Club Tiare account within 30 days following the hotel departure date. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, and hotel reservations must be made exclusively through the SkyCity Hotel website.

Miles are earned based on the type of room chosen at the time of the initial reservation (an upgrade does not entitle you to the miles allocation of the higher category) and the number of nights spent at the establishment.

For any reservation cancellations, they must be addressed by email to:

- hotel.reservations@skycity.co.nz for SkyCity Hotel
- grand.reservations@skycity.co.nz for The Grand by SkyCity

To avoid a cancellation penalty for one night, please contact the reservations department before 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. This excludes prepaid reservations, which are non-modifiable and non-refundable. Cancellations do not entitle you to any miles credit. Miles are attributed in accordance with the general conditions of the Air Tahiti Nui Club Tiare program.

Both hotels offer free WI-FI connection, concierge service, valet parking, a 24-hour reception, room service, and attentive and professional staff.

Conditions

The miles earned by staying in the hotel will be awarded to a single beneficiary per bungalow who must be a Club Tiare member. This beneficiary must stay in the bungalow to receive his/her miles. They cannot be transferred to a third party. Miles will be credited to your account within one month after your stay at the hotel. The use of these miles is subject to Air Tahiti Nui's terms and conditions.
