Book with confidence - tickets issued between 18 March 2020 and 31 October 2021 for travel between 01 July 2020 and 31 December 2021 on a flight that has not been cancelled can be changed at no charge subject to availability for travel on the same itinerary. Where a travel date is amended, the new travel must be completed by 31 May 2022. Where a change of airfare is required, the fare differential must be collected. You will also be eligible for a full refund if you are impacted by a COVID-19 related border closure, or are required to enter quarantine either in your country of residence or French Polynesia.

Maximum stay 1 year. Flight no-show is not permitted and results in ticket forfeiture. Airfare may be used to upgrade to a higher airfare. If the higher airfare is refundable, only the upgraded portion of the ticket may be refunded - the original airfare remains non-refundable.
