Dear Valued Customer:

1. Travel to French Polynesia – 14 Day Quarantine Rule Imposed

This decision is justified by the State of Public Health Emergency announced today by the Government of the French Republic.
The residents of French Polynesia are required to fill in the health control form provided to them before entering French Polynesia.
Upon arrival, they must remain in quarantine, carried out on the island of Tahiti, at home or in any other place allowing the application of this measure for a period of 14 days.
During the quarantine period, any change in the person's state of health must be reported to the Health Monitoring Office of the Health Authority or to the 15 Centre.

All residents travelling to French Polynesia must fill in the Confinement Declaration, downloadable here and provide it to the authorities upon arrival.
