Terms and conditions

Sales restriction:

Valid for tickets issued on/after November 15, 2018 and on/before December 31, 2020

Travel restriction:

Valid for travel on/after January 1, 2019

Application:

The commencement date of travel defines the season applicable for the entire trip.

Fare valid for sale and travel originating in Tariff Conference Area 1 only.

Travel must be in one direction via TN from/to LAX, Canada to Tahiti, Auckland and Australia.

Ticketing & Reservations:

Electronic tickets required via the CRS on TN ticket stock 244. Airfare must be manually priced. Airfare not ATPCO filed.

Ticket Time Limits:

Ticketing must be completed within 72 hours/3days of booking creation.

Combination:

US domestic addons not permitted. Above rates are combinable within themselves at the point of turnaround.

Open Jaw routing permitted. Surface sectors are at passengers expense.

Min/Max Stay:

No minimum / 3 months maximum*. Extension of validity not permitted.

Stopover:

Stopovers permitted free of charge at gateway cities - LAX, PPT, AKL, SYD, BNE and MEL.

Change Fee:

CAD130 if rebooked in the same class. If booking is not in the same class, passenger pays change fee plus fare difference of booking classes.

Cancellation:

Before departure -CAD325 cancel penalty. After departure -non refundable. Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

No-show:

CAD130 penalty applies if booking not cancelled prior to departure. This penalty also applies in addition to cancel penalty (CAD325) of -
complete noshow and cancellation.

Name Changes:

Name changes are not permitted and may result in PNR cancellation.
Passport and ticket must match exactly for security and immigration reasons or passenger may be denied boarding.

Child /Infant/Discount:

N/A. UM not permitted at these rates. No other discounts permitted.

Code Share:

Codeshare permitted between AKL-SYD/BNE/MEL v.v. operated by QF permitted, but must be booked as TN flight number

Codeshare flights permitted for PPT-AKL v.v. operated by NZ, but must be booked as TN flight number.

All applicable government taxes must be collected and be shown on the ticket. Above fares include YQ/fuel surcharge.
