Air Tahiti Nui and American Airlines expand codeshare agreement to include new routes from Canada to Tahiti

PAPEETE, TAHITI (July 2017) - Air Tahiti Nui, the leading carrier to French Polynesia, today announced new codeshare flights with American Airlines from Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, to Papeete, Tahiti. The agreement will add additional routes out of Toronto and Vancouver to connect with the Air Tahiti Nui route network at LAX.

Through American Airline’s extended codes, Air Tahiti Nui has expanded its available routes to include the following daily flights:

YYZ (Toronto) – LAX (Los Angeles)
- AA:TN 1173: 18:30 – 20:57
LAX – YYZ
- AALTN 1174: 8:45 – 16:47
YVR (Vancouver) – LAX
- AA: TN 1309: 6:00 – 9:12
LAX – YVR
- AA: TN 1308: 19:40 – 22:40

The new connecting schedules allow travelers to spend time in Los Angeles, with an overnight stay or extended layover en route to Papeete.
