No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the game. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Game begins on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022, and will end on Friday, June 10th, 2022. Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to amend, change the rules of the game anytime at its sole discretion. AIR TAHITI NUI "Brand Nui Day” Travel Agent Contest and Giveaway
Starting on Tuesday, May 17th, Air Tahiti Nui will launch a trivia game for travel agent consisting of 5 to 10 questions posted every week. Agents who participate and answer all the trivia questions correctly will be entered for a chance to win the designated prizes for each period ranging from roundtrip airline tickets to hotel accommodations. Air Tahiti Nui will have a new set of questions approximately every 9 days and participants will have the opportunity to play and submit their answers as entry to win the designated prize. There will be a total of 3 rounds of trivia questions over the 24-day period and each contestant can submit an entry by playing in each round. Once submitted, Air Tahiti Nui will select a winner from the correctly answered entries.
Requirements:
- Play by answering the trivia questions posted every week
- All participants must be ARC or BSP appointed travel agents with a valid ARC or BSP number.
- Answers to the trivia questions will be found on our website
Game Timeline:
- The four rounds of trivia questions are scheduled as follows:
- Round One: from Monday February 11th to Saturday February 23rd at 11:59PM
- Round Two: From Tuesday February 26th to Saturday March 9 at 11:59PM
- Round Three: From Tuesday March 12th to Saturday March 23rd at 11:59PM
- The winners will be selected from the correctly answered submissions and announced as follows:
- Round One: Tuesday, May 17th, 2022
- Round Two: Thursday, May 26th, 2022
- Round Three: Friday, June 3rd, 2022
Prizes:
The winners of the Brand Nui Day Travel Agent contest will receive the following designated Grand prizes for the 3 rounds of the Brand Nui Day trivia game:
• One pair of Economy Class tickets from Los Angeles or Seattle to Tahiti
• One pair of Premium Economy Class tickets from Los Angeles or Seattle to Tahiti
• One pair of Business Class tickets from Los Angeles or Seattle to Tahiti + hotel accommodations.
Prizes and non-transferable and prize letters will be issued in the name of the winning agent who is selected at random. Tickets must be used by the winners and a companion of their choice, traveling together and on the same itinerary. All visas and entry requirements if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. See below for additional game rules.
Reservations may be requested within 90 days of departure only. Booking class must be made in R, I or X. Blackout dates may apply.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Game;
The Submission must not contain footage, images or artwork not created by entrant or which entrant has not obtained a license to use in conjunction with the Submission which entrant has a limited license to use for purposes of this Game;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
General Conditions:
Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Submission, or any part of it, if submission does not meet the content restrictions listed above.
Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to use all information submitted for future airfare promotional purposes to Tahiti.
acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation
Limitations of Liability:
Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Submission; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process; or (6) Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any Submission.

One entry per person/e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Air Tahiti Nui’ servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Air Tahiti Nui in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Air Tahiti Nui further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. All decisions of the judges are final. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, the 13 Canadian provinces and territories, and Mexico; 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Air Tahiti Nui, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for these offers. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, the 13 Canadian provinces and territories, Mexico and where prohibited. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by Air Tahiti Nui in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All entries become the property of Air Tahiti Nui and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 30 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
