If you need to take medication during the flight, you should carry it in your carry-on baggage. It is advisable to provide appropriate documentation or identification to confirm a medical condition. Please have all medication clearly identified on the label or pharmaceutical packaging.
If medication needs to be refrigerated, you will need to make your own arrangements as Air Tahiti Nui cannot store medication in the aircraft refrigerator.
If needles are necessary for medical reasons, they must be declared at airport screening.

If you need special assistance, such as wheelchair or priority boarding, please specify your needs at time of reservation or at the check-in counter.

Air Tahiti Nui offers a selection of 19 special meals
Special meals must be requested 48 hours before departure.
Air Tahiti Nui does not serve allergen meals.
If you have any food allergies (peanuts, treenuts, etc.), you are welcome to bring your own meal onboard. In this case, you will need to carry a medical certificate with you at all times. For your information, Air Tahiti Nui will not be able to refrigerate or heat meals that you bring because of limited aircraft facilities and sanitary reasons.

You can pre-reserve a seat by contacting our reservation specialists. Air Tahiti Nui does its best to honor advance seating requests. However, it cannot guarantee any particular seat, even if the booking is confirmed for this seat.
Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to reassign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons.
