21 Days Game - Rules

GAME RULES:
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the game. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Game begins on Thursday December 1st 2016. Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to amend, change the rules of the game anytime at its sole discretion.  Moana Class is a trademark of Air Tahiti Nui.  Serial no: 86-248,642

AIR TAHITI NUI "21 Days of Moana Class contest and Giveaway ":

Become a Facebook fan of Air Tahiti Nui USA and enter a chance to WIN 2 TICKETS TO TAHITI and 5 nights stay at a beachfront Tahiti property. The "21 Days of Moana class" is a 21 day contest and giveaway. Air Tahiti Nui will have a new theme each week and participants will have the opportunity to submit an entry to win with a picture of their own interpretation of that theme.  There will be a total of 3 themes over the 21 days and each contestant can submit an entry for each theme. Once submitted, Air Tahiti Nui will select the best entries for a live drawing done on January 04th 2016.   

 

Requirements:

  • Share your photo on Facebook
  • Tag @AirTahitiNui and a Facebook friend
  • Use the hashtag #FlyMoanaClass. 

 

Game Timeline:

  • Themed photo entries begin on December 1st, 2016 and will end on December 21, 2016 at 11:59PM PDT
  • The selected photos entries will be reviewed by Air Tahiti Nui for a live drawing which will be streamed on Air Tahiti Nui’s Facebook page.
  • The winner will be selected and announced “live” on facebook page.

 

Prizes:

  • The winner of the*21 Days of Moana Class Giveaway will receive 2 roundtrip tickets in Moana Class on Air Tahiti Nui to Tahiti from Los Angeles to Papeete with fuel surcharge waived.
  • The winner will also receive 5 nights hotel accommodation stay at a Tahiti island, beachfront resort valid for travel in February and March 2017.  Room is for double occupancy and all 5 nights must be used consecutively.
  • All taxes including hotel resort fees if applicable are the responsibility of the winner.  We are required by law to collect all government and airport taxes which is to be paid by the winner at time of booking. See below for additional game rules

 

Content Restrictions:
The Submission must be an original camera photo that hasn't been altered with computer software such as Adobe Photoshop or others.

The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Game;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks;
The Submission must not contain footage, images or artwork not created by entrant or which entrant has not obtained a license to use in conjunction with the Submission which entrant has a limited license to use for purposes of this Game;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.

General Conditions:
Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Submission, or any part of it, if submission does not meet the content restrictions listed above.
Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to use all photos submitted for future airfare promotional purposes to Tahiti.

Limitations of Liability:
Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Submission; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process; or (6) Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any Submission.

ADDITIONAL GAME RULES:
Two entries per person/e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Air Tahiti Nui’ servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Air Tahiti Nui in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Air Tahiti Nui further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. All decisions of the judges are final. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, the 13 Canadian provinces and territories, and Mexico; 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Air Tahiti Nui, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for these offers. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, the 13 Canadian provinces and territories, Mexico and where prohibited. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by Air Tahiti Nui in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All entries become the property of Air Tahiti Nui and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 30 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
