Prohibition of entry into the territory of French Polynesia for all non-residents of French Polynesia.

This decision is justified by the State of Public Health Emergency announced today by the Government of the French Republic.
The residents of French Polynesia are required to fill in the health control form provided to them before entering French Polynesia.
Upon arrival, they must remain in quarantine, carried out on the island of Tahiti, at home or in any other place allowing the application of this measure for a period of 14 days.
During the quarantine period, any change in the person's state of health must be reported to the Health Monitoring Office of the Health Authority or to the 15 Centre.

All residents travelling to French Polynesia must fill in the Confinement declaration, downloadable here and provide it to the authorities upon arrival.

Dedicated medical personnel before each flight

As part of the measures taken by the French Polynesian government to prevent the introduction of COVID-2019 into French Polynesia, Air Tahiti Nui has decided to assist passengers with dedicated medical personal before each flight departing from Paris-CDG, Los Angeles and Auckland-NZ. For technical reasons, Narita is excluded.

Passengers with a temperature above 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit (37.5 degrees Celsius) may be denied travel/entry in accordance with this policy.

As part of this process, each passenger must complete a dedicate form and present it at the Air Tahiti Nui counters on their day of departure. Passengers with no symptomatic signs will be able to proceed with boarding normally.

For more information, visit the official website of the Government of French Polynesia.

Authorities from other countries have also established various entry regulations, including for transiting passengers.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that all customers check the latest updates published by the authorities of the countries they plan to travel to.

All passengers travelling to French Polynesia must fill in the self-isolation certificate downloadable here and provide it to the authorities upon arrival.

The well-being and safety of our passengers and our crews remain our number one priority. We will, therefore, keep you updated on any new information that may impact your trip with Air Tahiti Nui.
