Only bookings made directly with the SKYCITY Hotel and the SKYCITY GRAND Hotel are eligible for miles, please send your request to hotel.reservations@skycity.co.nz for SKYCITY HOTEL and grand.reservations@skycity.co.nz for SKYCITY Grand Hotel. Number of Miles earned is based on occupancy at the Skycity Hotel or the Skycity Grand Hotel and may vary depending of the room type. Only one Club Tiare cardholder is allowed by reservation and the Club Tiare cardholder is the only beneficiary of the bonus miles. Presenting your card is mandatory to be eligible. Full name used for the booking need to match the Club Tiare card membership presented at time of check in. Miles cannot be transferred to a third party. The credit to your account will be made within 6 weeks after you have checked-out from the hotel. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer. Miles will be issued based on the originally booked room type, upgrades at check-in will not be eligible for additional miles credit A cancelled booking will not be eligible for Club Tiare miles accrual. For cancelation, please send an email to: hotel.reservations@skycity.co.nz for SKYCITY HOTEL and grand.reservations@skycity.co.nz for SKYCITY GRAND HOTEL. To avoid a penalty of one night's accommodation, please contract reservations no later than 4pm on the day of your stay.
