Air Tahiti Nui is once again nominated for the most beautiful airlines designs contest, participating in a vote open to the public. After winning the title of "Most beautiful new livery" awarded by TheDesignAir Awards in 2018, the Polynesian airline competes this year in the "Most Prestigious Design Airline" and "Best Airline Design - Oceania" categories.

The renewal of Air Tahiti Nui's entire fleet three years ago has allowed the airline to stand out thanks to its four Boeing 787-9 Tahitian Dreamliners. A superb livery with a modern design inspired by Polynesian culture.
An aircraft decorated with tattoos and cabins with the colors of the lagoon and white sand beaches: the design offers passengers a unique Polynesian experience. The flora of the islands is also represented throughout the aircraft, thanks to the uniforms of the flight crew, the colorful cushions on each seat, and the airline's emblem: the tiare flower, displayed on the equipment and accessories available on board. Everything is designed to offer each customer a real immersion in the heart of Polynesia, from boarding to landing. This focus on the elegance of its aircraft has enabled the airline to establish itself as one of the most prestigious design airlines in Oceania and in the world.
TheDesignAir, a website specializing in airline design, rewards each year the companies with the most beautiful aircraft, cabins, accessories, equipment, and uniforms. Unique and innovative design provides a unique flying experience. Therefore, TheDesignAir has chosen to highlight the strong visual identities in the aviation industry. Each year, the jury selects the nominated airlines to be presented to the public vote.
The double nomination of the Tiaré airline, selected in the "Most prestigious Design Airline 2021" category, is a great recognition from the professionals and specialists of the sector. Customers can now express their opinion and their feelings by choosing the most beautiful aircrafts of the year.
In the category "Best Airline Design - Oceania", Air Tahiti Nui is competing against major airlines in the region: Air Calin, Air New Zealand, Fiji Airways, Quantas and Virgin Australia. Voting is open from now until November 19, 2021 and results will be announced on December 7, 2021.
