Air Tahiti Nui is looking for a Duty Supervisor at Auckland Airport

28 hours per week

 

Air Tahiti Nui is an innovative Tahitian airline which operates brand new Dreamliners on its routes from Tahiti to Auckland, Los Angeles, Seattle, Tokyo, and Paris.

The dynamic team in Auckland, which covers the Australian and New Zealand markets, is expanding. At Auckland Airport, we have a new role available as Duty Supervisor on a part-time, permanent contract. This position reports directly to the Station Manager.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervising Airport ground operations and passenger handling
• Supervising Handling agents
• Running standard operations and handling disrupts
• Supervising the Security process.

 

If you are a team-player with strongly developed relationship and leadership skills, able to work independently and under pressure, meet deadlines, are flexible, service-minded, and able to multi-task, with a preference for shift work, then please read further!

Are you fluent in French and in English (written and oral), with a work permit or residency in New Zealand, and you have at least 5 years’ Customer Service experience and Airport Operations experience with an International Airline? You also have a good understanding about Airport safety and security, are experienced with Altea DCS, and at ease with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)?
