Booking Changes

To change or cancel your booking, please contact our call center. Depending on the flexibility of your airfare, fees may apply.

The change fees depends on the fare purchased.
Please contact an Air Tahiti Nui reservation specialist or your travel agent for information.

When you change your travel dates, it affects all your special requests.

1) Seat: The seat that you have requested on your original dates may not be available anymore, therefore our booking agent will book you a new available seat.
Air Tahiti Nui endeavors to honor advance seating requests. However, it cannot guarantee any particular seat, even if the booking is confirmed for this seat. Air Tahiti Nui reserves the right to reassign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons.

2) Meal request: Your meal request will be re-ordered for your new date. Please reconfirm your request with your agent.

You can contact our reservation specialists to get your reference number. If you request a copy of your electronic ticket, you will be required to send a proof of identity.

Depending of the airfare you have purchased, your ticket may or may not be eligible for a full refund.

We have a range of airfares which offer more or less flexibility.
After your ticket has been issued, fees may apply for any changes.
When your fare is no longer available, a fare readjustment will be done on the higher fare.
