新型コロナウイルスの対応について（診断書提出のお願い）/ AIR TAHITI NUI CORONAVIRUS POLICIES

新型のコロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴い、フランス領ポリネシアへの入国にあたり、防疫対策が強化されております。エアタヒチヌイでは、フランス領ポリネシア政府の通達に従い、日本在住のお客様につきましても、ご搭乗にあたり渡航日の5日前以内に発行された健康診断書（注）をご搭乗手続きの際にご提示いただくこととなりました。
フランス領ポリネシアに渡航する全ての国籍の旅行者に対して、渡航日の30日以内に、中国、カンボジア、香港、インド、日本、マカオ、マレーシア、ネパール、シンガポール、韓国、スリランカ、台湾、タイ、ベトナム、フィリピン、イラン、イタリア（ロンバルディア州、ヴェネト州、エミリア・ロマーナ州）を経由、または訪問した全ての国籍の旅行者に対して、搭乗地（乗船港）がどこであっても、渡航日の5日前以内に発行された健康診断書（注）をご搭乗手続きの際にご提示いただく必要がございます。診断書のご提示が無い場合には、弊社便にご搭乗いただくことは出来ません。
注）熱、咳、鼻水、あるいは呼吸器疾患が無い旨を証明するもの。証明書のフォーム、言語等について、指定はありません。
また、機内では、すべてのお客様を対象に健康状態を調査するアンケートが行われます。タヒチ・ファアア国際空港に到着時に、記入済みのアンケートをメディカルサービスの係員にご提出頂きます。

アメリカへ行かれるお客様

アメリカへの渡航前14日以内に中国（香港とマカオを除く）またはイランを訪れた方は、アメリカに入国することができません。
上記に該当するお客様は、エアタヒチヌイのロサンゼルス便にご搭乗いただくことはできません。
例外
・アメリカのパスポートを保持者かつアメリカ在住の方は対象外となります。
・アメリカの永住カード（グリーンカード）かつアメリカ在住の方は対象外となります。

As of March 9th, as part of the measures taken by the French Polynesian government to prevent the introduction of COVID-2019 into French Polynesia, all travelers of all nationalities bound for Tahiti will be required to present a medical certificate.
On that day, Air Tahiti Nui has decided to assist passengers with dedicated medical personal before each flight departing from Paris-CDG, Los Angeles and Auckland-NZ. For technical reasons, Narita is excluded*.
(*Passengers who depart from Narita Airport need to obtain a medical certificate which is dated no older than 5 days prior to the date of departure.)
As part of this process, each passenger must complete the form here below and present it at the Air Tahiti Nui counters on their day of departure.
Passengers with no symptomatic signs will be able to proceed with boarding normally.
Travelers transiting through or that have visited one of the following countries within 30 days prior to their trip to French Polynesia:

China
Cambodia
Hong-Kong
India
Japan
Macau
Malaysia
Nepal
Singapore
South Korea
Sri Lanka
Taiwan
Thailand
Vietnam
Philippines
Iran
Italy: Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia Romagna

must carry a medical certificate no older than 5 days certifying their health condition, regardless of their port of departure. We, therefore, invite the concerned passengers to take the necessary measures prior to their flight.

Authorities from other countries have also established various entry regulations, including for transiting passengers.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that all customers check the latest updates published by the authorities of the countries they plan to travel to.

For passengers going to the United States:
By amendment, the American authorities have decided that any person having stayed in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao) and/or Iran within 14 days before their date of travel to the USA will be denied entry. As a result, these passengers will be denied boarding on Air Tahiti Nui flights to the USA.

Exemptions:
This restriction does not apply to:
-American citizens holding an American passport
-Legal permanent residents of the USA holding a permanent resident card (green card) or a parole letter
