YOU WISH TO BOOK A TRIP

Book your tickets with confidence. For any new reservation made between the 23rd of March and the 30th of April, 2020 included, changes or cancellation without any fees* (possible to change your trip for travelling up to the 31st of March 2021. The trip must be completed on this same date.

YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR TRIP

No matter the destination :

If you have bought your ticket up to the 16th of March 2020 included for a departure between the 27th of March and the 30th of April included, you have until the 31st of March 2021 for changing your trip without any fees. Travel must be completed on this same date. No add collect as long as the routing remains the same (i.e. Paris - Papeete, Los Angeles - Papeete) and the same transport cabin (i.e. Moana Economy) than the original ticket. Le ticket must be reissued with the new travel dates before the deadline for validity of the ticket (one year from the date of issuance of the original ticket and/or at the latest the 30th of September).

If you have bought your ticket up to the 16th of March 2020 included for a departure between the 1st and the 31st of May included, you have up to the 31st of March 2021 for changing you trip without any fees*. Travel must be completed on this same date. The ticket must be reissued with the new travel dates before the deadline for validity of the ticket: one year from the date of issuance of the original ticket.

If you have bought your ticket between the 17th and the 22nd of March 2020 included, no matter the date of travel, you have until the 31st of December 2020 for changing your trip without any fees*. Travel must be completed on this same date. The ticket must be reissued withdates before the deadline for validity of the ticket: one year from the date of issuance of the original ticket. Cancellation without any fees (even for tickets with penalty).

For all departures between the 03rd of March and the 03rd of April, you can change your trip without any change fees (in case of a higher fare you will need to pay for the difference). The ticket must be reissued with the new travel dates before the deadline of validity of the ticket (one year from the date of departure of the original ticket). Otherwise a refund is possible, according to the fare rules.
