Economy Moana class : 1 piece up to 23 kg
Business Poerava class : 2 pieces up to 32 kg each
Maximum linear dimensions (length + width + height) of 158 cm (62") in both classes.
In Economy Moana class, heavier bags up to 32 kg (70 lbs) may be accepted for carriage at Air Tahiti Nui's discretion, and will be subject to additional charges.

A baggage irregularity report must be completed in writing by the passenger upon arrival or within 7 days of flight arrival, at the baggage service claim at the respective airport for any delayed, lost or damaged check baggage.
For damaged claims, the damaged article(s) are required to be inspected by Air Tahiti Nui or its representative personnel at the time of the claim.
