The Los Angeles Airport is opening a new transit concourse in the Midfield Satellite Concourse (MSC) terminal, an extension of Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) in order to facilitate passenger travel to Papeete and Paris.

Improved services and a new building
From August 1, 2022, Air Tahiti Nui is pleased to operate from this new extension connected to the main Tom Bradley terminal via an underground pedestrian tunnel.
Transit passengers can now clear immigration and TSA (Transportation Security Administration) in a dedicated room with large signs for easy identification and flow.
Passengers disembarking in Los Angeles must still go to the Tom Bradley Terminal to clear immigration and retrieve their baggage.
The connection tunnel is equipped with moving walkways that make it easy to get around. However, you should allow at least 20 minutes for a smooth transfer between the two terminals.
A clear advantage for travellers
In addition to faster transit, the MSC offers a modern and comfortable experience with ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, restaurants, shops, children's play areas and lounge areas with ample seating.
This new hall also offers the advantage of faster dedicated security screening combined with clear and visible signs for directing the flow.
Did you know?
A shuttle service is available between terminals to help travellers get from the MSC terminal to the TBIT terminal and back, as available.
You can order your meal in advance, pick it up or have it delivered to your gate. This new service is available through the airport's LAXOrderNow.com mobile ordering platform.
