Air Tahiti Nui has made the choice of innovation by selecting the Amadeus Altea system to provide you with a larger selection of personalized services.
The integration of this new IT solution is underway and will be activated on our whole network on November 10th, 2016.
During this transition period, some of Air Tahiti Nui’s services including our internet booking engine, our sales ticket offices and call centers will be temporarily inaccessible on the November 9th & 10th window.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that miles redemption and online access to your Club Tiare account will be momentarily disabled from November 4th to November 9th 2016.
Please note that flight activities between November 4th and November 9th 2016 will be credited to your Club Tiare account from November 15th 2016. Should you come across with some irregularities, you may claim your miles directly online by connecting to your
Club Tiare account or by contacting us at clubtiare@airtahitinui.pf.
