Important information
Thanks to the evolution of our "Train+Air" product proposed in partnership with SNCF, we are offering you a new Train+Air offer that is completely digitalized as of November 16, 2022.
Using your booking reference (PNR locator), you must go to check-in.accesrail.com to retrieve your SNCF e-ticket within 72 hours before your train departure.
Once in the station, you can go directly on board your train with your SNCF e-ticket.
It is no longer necessary to go to the Train + Air ticket offices.
As of November 16 2022,
if you have lost your SNCF e-ticket or forgot to collect it on accesrail.com, you will be able to collect it on the day of your departure from the Self-Service Terminals available in SNC stations.
VERY IMPORTANT
In the event that you are unable to reach the departure of your train for any reason (personal transportation to Paris CDG, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), please inform Air Tahiti Nui immediately so that your itinerary can be modified, in order to avoid the loss of your train ticket without refund.
If your journey begins with Air Tahiti Nui
From 72 hours before your train departure, collect your SNCF e-ticket on check-in.accesrail.com.
When you arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, collect your luggage. Walk to train station, located between Terminal 2C and 2E (approximately 10 minutes).
As soon as you have collected your train e-ticket on AccesRail website, proceed to the TGV station and you can board the TGV.
If your journey begins on the train
As soon as you have collected your train e-ticket on AccesRail website, you can board the TGV.
Your baggage remains your responsibility until you have checked it in at the Air Tahiti Nui check-in counter at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Upon arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle, walk to the Air Tahiti Nui Check-in (approximately 10minutes). Counters are open from 3 hours prior to departure and close 1 hour before departure.
Please be informed that since January 11th 2023 Air Tahiti Nui operates from Terminal 2B of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
Are you in need of special assistance for a person with reduced mobility at the station or on the train?
You must submit the pre-filled following request form to your sales consultant between 4 months and 3 business days before your flight departure.
Attention:
- You may only submit one form for each journey by train, i.e., two forms for a round trip.
- No request for assistance for a person with reduced mobility will be accepted by the SNCF if it is not transmitted within the required time.

- Unaccompanied Minors (UM) : UM Children are not permitted on TGV.
